Deleting Your Account
You can delete your PraisePipeline account and your organization’s data at any time.
Before you delete
- Export your reviews first. Deletion is permanent — there’s no undo and no grace period.
- Reviews your customers posted on Google are unaffected; those live on your Google Business Profile.
What gets deleted
Your organization and its reviews, tags, settings, team memberships, and pending review requests. Embedded widgets on your website will stop showing content — remove the snippets from your site.
How to delete
In the dashboard, go to Profile and choose Delete account, then confirm. If something’s wrong and deletion is why you’re leaving, we’d genuinely like to know first — get in touch.
