Multiple Locations

If you run more than one location, PraisePipeline can keep each one separate — its own Google listing, its own review funnel, and its own analytics — all under a single dashboard.

Multiple locations are available on the Scale plan (up to 3 locations). Running more than 3? Talk to us about an enterprise plan.

How it works

Every organization has one location to start with (your default). On Scale, you can add more from Profile → Locations. Each location has:

  • Its own Google Place ID — so a review request for that location sends the customer to that location’s Google listing.
  • Its own integrations — connect a store, booking, or payment tool to a specific location (from Integrations), so that location’s sales route to it.
  • A shared dashboard — reviews and analytics roll up across all locations, and you can filter to any single location.

Your existing reviews and data stay attributed to your default location, so nothing is lost when you add more.

Adding a location

  1. Go to Profile → Locations (admin only).
  2. Click Add location, give it a name (e.g. “Downtown”), and paste its Google Place ID. Not sure where to find it? See Finding your Place ID.
  3. Save. You can now route an integration to it from the Integrations page.

Routing sales to the right location

On the Integrations page, click Connect on a tool and choose which location it should route to. Each connection gets its own webhook URL scoped to that location — paste that URL into the tool. To send the same tool’s sales from a second location, connect it again and pick the other location. (Single-location orgs skip this — everything routes to your one location automatically.)

Filtering reviews & analytics by location

On the Dashboard and Insights pages, a location filter appears next to the time-period selector once you have more than one location. Choose All locations for the org-wide view, or a single location to focus on it. Every stat, chart, and leaderboard respects the selection.

Archiving a location

From Profile → Locations, you can archive any non-default location. Its historical reviews are kept (they simply lose the location tag), and the slot frees up against your plan’s limit. Your default location can’t be archived — every organization always keeps one.
