Connecting Google

Connecting Google takes one field: your Google Place ID.

The Google Business Profile card is admin-only. If you don’t see it under Settings → Integrations, ask an organization admin to connect your Place ID.

Setup

In the dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations.
Find the Google Business Profile card.
Paste your Place ID and save.

That’s it — from the next review onward, customers see the Google invitation after submitting.

Turning it off

Clearing the Place ID disables the Google step; the review page simply ends with a thank-you instead. Reviews are always collected either way.
