Stay on top of reviews without living in the dashboard.

Available notifications

• Rating drop alert — an email when your average rating falls below a threshold you set (anywhere from 1 to 5). Turn it on and choose the line you don’t want to cross, so a slide shows up in your inbox instead of going unnoticed.
• Weekly digest — a weekly email summary of review volume and average rating.
• Monthly digest — the longer view: review activity and trends for the month.

Managing preferences

Each notification can be switched on or off individually under Profile → Notifications (the rating drop alert is where you set its threshold). In-app notifications also appear in the dashboard’s notification feed as reviews arrive and members join.
