Quick-Start Checklist
Get from a fresh account to collecting reviews in about 10 minutes.
The dashboard has a setup checklist too. Admins can click Setup in the bottom-right corner to see what’s left, jump straight to each step, and watch most steps tick themselves off as they’re done. Once everything’s finished, click Done to put it away for good.
1. Create your account
Sign up and set up your organization — your company name is what customers will see on review requests and the review page.
2. Configure your tags
Tags are the short labels customers can pick when leaving a review (“Customer Service”, “Great Value”, …). They power your analytics, so choose up to four that match what you want to measure. See Configuring tags.
3. Connect your sales source
On the Integrations page, connect your store, booking, or payment tool so PraisePipeline knows when you make a sale. Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Zapier, and Salesforce are supported out of the box, plus, on the Scale plan, a generic webhook for anything else. See Integrate your tools.
4. Set your Google Place ID
This unlocks the Google review funnel — the step where customers repost their review on Google. See Finding your Google Place ID.
5. Import your existing Google reviews (optional)
If you already have reviews on Google, import them — no need to wait for new ones to fill your review showcase. Export them from Google Takeout and upload the file under Profile → Import & export. See Importing Google reviews.
6. Embed the review showcase
Show off approved reviews on your own website with a copy-paste snippet. It comes after importing on purpose: until you’ve approved a review, the showcase invites visitors to leave the first one, so it’s best added once you have a few. See Embedding the showcase.
7. Invite your team (optional)
Add teammates who help with moderation or support. See Inviting your team.
That’s it — from here, every sale starts a review request automatically. New to the dashboard? Take the quick tour.
