Your profile

Edit your name and contact details from Profile in the dashboard. Your organization’s company name — the one customers see on review requests and the review page — is managed there too.

Signing in

PraisePipeline supports signing in with your email and password, or with your Google account. Google sign-in links to an existing account by matching email — it can’t create a new one, so it only works after you’ve signed up. See the FAQ if you hit a blocker there.

Changing your email

You can change your sign-in email from Profile → Security. A confirmation is sent to your new address — click it and the change takes effect. You keep access to your account throughout.

Forgot your password?

Use the reset link on the sign-in page and follow the email instructions.
